Agreement
By requesting a quote or scheduling service with Johnny The Locksmith Of MD ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services we provide.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide pricing information before beginning work whenever practical. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered on-site, parts or hardware required, and time of service. Any changes to the originally quoted price will be communicated to you before additional work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, checks, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every completed job includes an itemized invoice showing the service performed, hardware used, and total amount charged, consistent with Maryland Locksmith Licensing Program requirements.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We do our best to accommodate requested appointment times. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (410) 657-8807 so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Warranty
Workmanship on installed hardware is warrantied against defects in installation for a reasonable period following service. Hardware itself is subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unrelated repairs performed by a third party.
Limitation of Liability
Johnny The Locksmith Of MD carries liability insurance as required by the Maryland Locksmith Licensing Program. Except as provided by that insurance and applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the locksmith services provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Our locksmith services are provided under Maryland State Locksmith License #709, issued under the Maryland Locksmiths Act.
